I had been thru a breakup and was finally over it and looking forward to new love. I think my feeling transferred into the skirt because every woman that I have seen put it on starts twirling and feeling happy. The breeze easily captures the tulle strips and gives the effect of floating and gliding through your day. It's a head turner, compliment getter skirt and is custom made upon order. This joy filled skirt looks good on every body type.
